The second PhD student in the Joint Thailand-Sweden PhD Scholarship Program has arrived in Uppsala!
Physics PhD student Soe Ko Ko Aung (to the right) from Myanmar has spent one year at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University in Thailand under the supervision of Dr Tosawat Seetawan (to the left). Now he will spend one year at Ångströmlaboratoriet, Uppsala University before going back to finish his PhD in Thailand.
